Orders are for local pickup during the published pickup window for each batch. Payment is taken when you order, through Stripe’s secure checkout.
If you need to cancel or change an order, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed here before sales open.
If we can’t fulfil your order for any reason, we’ll contact you and refund you in full to your original payment method.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, email address, phone number, the box you chose and any gift note. We use it to bake your order, contact you about pickup and send your confirmation.
Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and never reach this website. Order emails are sent through our email provider. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing without asking.
